Barbell Cycling – 14 minutes

Every 2 minutes on the minute complete (7 sets)…

3 clean and jerks – touch n go, increasing in weight as you go.

*The goal is to see how much weight you can cycle unbroken for 3 reps

*THERE IS NO SETTING THE BAR DOWN AND REGRIPPING WHILE ON THE FLOOR!  You must regrip at your waist or in the front rack position only.

Conditioning WOD – 15 minute cap

For time complete…

25 – 20 – 15 reps of…

*One bar, same weight

Hang Power Cleans 95/65
Front Squats
Push Press (no push jerk allowed)

Post greatest 3 rep touch n go weight used in barbell cycling and time of WOD!
