20 Front Rack Lunges 115/85 R/L=2
1 50m Sled Push (RX-add 270/180 on sled)
*Strict Pullups means NO KIPPING, NO LEG KICK or NO SWINGING… with full arm extension at the bottom (no bend) all the way to chin above bar = 1 rep.
*Scaling Pullups means you may kip as needed
*Scale HS Pushups with Kipping, and then scale from there based on your abilities with stacked abmats, 60 second inversion, OR 20 Dumbbell Pushpress 50/35
