The skill this Saturday after the 9am workout will be the overhead squat. We offer a skills class almost every Saturday from 10-10:30am immediately after the class workout. Be there and be refined on your movements and take another step to conquering a particular movement!
*We all know that overhead squats can be discouraging for many people. This is a lift, that when practiced will add to your overall fitness, as it tackles many facets to better your performance in the gym and in life. So this means, no matter if you just work on your mobility, work with a PVC or are able to go heavy, this is your world and your fitness journey. Come in and get some pointers and some solid work in.
