*Coaches, if a large class, you can start 2 heats, one at 0:00 and one at 5:00 without running into one another if needed. Make sure to put the clock at 30:00!

then immediately followed by as many rounds + reps as possible in the remaining time:
Round 1: 12 Front Squats 95/65, 4 Burpee Box Jump Overs 24/20 CompRX 30/24
Round 2: 8 Front Squats 115/85, 4 Burpee Box Jump Overs
Round 3: 4 Front Squats 135/95, 4 Burpee Box Jump Overs
*Box “Jump” Overs you must actually clear the entire box for RX. No jumping on the top and then off unless scaling.
*Scale DUs with 1:1 PVC jumps OR 2:1 singles
Post 3 scores… rounds + reps each ARMAP.
