W.O.D. and Endurance Thursday 3/22/18

This is not traditional yoga!  Heather will take you through movements that are tailored directly to the daily workout at CFR and to all crossfitters in general, giving them optimal performance, prevent injury, and keep you feeling great for a high quality of life outside of the gym.  Stretching before or after a workout is already yoga, so THIS IS FOR EVERYONE!  This is a class you don’t want to miss!

First class is free, and if you commit at that time, your first month will only be $5 for UNLIMITED MONTHLY USE!  For everyone else it is only $10 a month for UNLIMITED USE, offering 3 classes a week!  That’s 83 cents a class!  Yoga is typically $15-20 anywhere else!  Just add it on to your membership and enjoy the progress! This is for anyone and everyone! Tell your friends in and outside of CFR to come join this class!

*Today the daily WOD will also be the endurance WOD as well.

15 Deadlifts 185/135

15 Ring Pushups

400m Run

*RX on ring pushups, lower rings as low as possible to body as parallel as possible to ground

*Scale ring pushups by still using the rings but incline the body as needed

Post total time!  (if time capped, just add one second per rep not completed onto the cap time)
