Barbell Class!

Typically the second Saturday but moved this month, a reminder that this Saturday the 21st is our monthly Barbell/Olympic Lifting Class from 10-11:30am, which replaces our typical weekly skills class at that time.

Come get coached and with a plan to get better at your barbell movements!
