Team Conditioning WOD – 35 minutes

Teams of 4…  Men as pairs, women as pairs.  Both pairs can split the 50 thrusters however desired.  If there is an odd number of men and women, you can partner accordingly.  Just make sure to have a bar for each of you prepared to hit the rep scheme below!  If odd number of athletes in the class and there must be a team of 3, you will all complete 150 thrusters for time, splitting them however desired between the 3 of you, as long as you are doing your burpees together ;).  If a team of 2, you will complete 100 thrusters for time, splitting however desired.

0:00 – 25:00

For time…

Men complete 50 Thrusters, 135lb
Women complete 50 Thrusters, 95lb
Men complete 50 Thrusters, 135lb
Women complete 50 Thrusters, 95lb

*Starting at 0:00, and every minute on the minute, your pair must perform 5 Synchronized Burpees.

25:00 – 35:00

Find a 1 rep max thruster, from the ground. Can be a squat clean thruster. NO PUSH JERK into the top of the thruster! Must be one continuous movement!
Coaches please enforce! Only one person on the team may lift at a time. Men must share a bar, women must share a bar. Combine the weight of the entire team for 1 total.

Post time on WOD 1 and total weight achieved on WOD 2!
